If you are unable to find a desirable appointment time through our online booking system, we kindly request that you reach out to us
at hello@hearts-pace.com. Our dedicated team will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule and find a suitable appointment for you.

Please note: Understanding life happens and should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least a 24 hours notice before your appointment time. After the first cancellation (the first is on us as a courtesy), we will request for client's to pay 50% of the cost of their appointment for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
