At Heart's Pace, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. We understand that finding the perfect appointment time can sometimes be challenging due to high demand.

If you are unable to find a desirable appointment time through our online booking system, we kindly request that you reach out to us
at hello@hearts-pace.com. Our dedicated team will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule and find a suitable appointment for you.

Please note: Understanding life happens and should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least a 24 hours notice before your appointment time. After the first cancellation (the first is on us as a courtesy), we will request for client's to pay 50% of the cost of their appointment for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
